It’s Time for Our Annual PSAH Club Cleanup!
Hello Members,
With the season just around the corner, it is time to get the grounds in top shape! We are calling on all members to join us for our Annual Club Cleanup Day. This is a fantastic opportunity to pitch in, catch up with your fellow members, and ensure our facilities are ready for a great year ahead.

Time: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM

Where: PSAH Club Grounds
Lunch is on us! 🍔
As a “thank you” for your hard work, we will be providing lunch and drinks to all of our volunteers.
Important: To ensure we have enough food for everyone, you must pre-register. Please send a quick email to our Property Manager, Chris, at propertymanager@psah.org to let him know you are coming.
Dietary Restrictions: Please let Chris know in your email if you have any specific dietary restrictions so we can ensure we have an appropriate meal ready for you.
Please register no later than Wednesday, May 20th so we can finalize the food order.
What to Bring
To make the morning a success, please bring your own:

Gloves (high-quality work gloves recommended)

Rakes & Shovels

Any other outdoor tidying tools you think might be useful for leaves and debris.
⚠️ A Note on Black Flies
As we all know, this time of year in our region often marks the return of the black flies. Please be prepared! We highly recommend bringing a bug shirt, head net, or your preferred repellent to ensure you stay comfortable while we work.
We truly appreciate your time and your commitment to keeping our club grounds beautiful. We look forward to seeing a great turnout on the 23rd!
