🌲 New Membership Applications
Membership applications are processed monthly. Please note that applications submitted after September 1st are typically deferred to the following membership year.

🔐 Members-Only Portal Access
To view club range documentation, schedules, specific safety regulations, and localized rules, you must have an active portal link.
💡 Requirements for Full Portal Access:
- You must hold a fully paid, verified club membership for the current season.
- You must register a website account using the exact same email address on file with the club.
- Portal synchronization takes 1–2 weeks for renewals, and occurs post-Board approval for new applicants.
⚠️ Important Fee Schedule Policies
- Calendar Framework: Club memberships run strictly by the calendar year and are never pro-rated. Renewal fees are due instantly upon submitting your application.
- New Members: Do not submit any funds until explicitly contacted by a Club Administrator. Fees must be paid in full prior to attending your mandatory Club Orientation & Safety Training.
